Its good for flat foots.
Need not to do anything, just wear it under shoes and in starting you will feel something odd under your shoes but very soon you will turn to be habitual.

This product provides excellent support for you flat feet. I'm a 6 feet guy weighing , you can imagine how big my feet are, but still (because its a free size) I can wear it with ease, wear it inside the socks and the shoes, no problem at all.
