This stuff is great. I didn't find that it had a weird smell, it smelled kinda minty to me. It made my skin so soft and smooth and hydrated. I have awful dry skin that can be super itchy especially in the winter months. I was a little worried when I opened the jar, the scrub is dry without any of the oil or liquid that I am used to seeing. However, with a little water applied to the skin first, this glides right of easily. The only advice I have, is don't freak out when it does not rinse away clean with just water. There is no indication on the packaging, but this will leave your skin streaked with black if you just use water. I just used a wash cloth and everything came away nicely with no staining on the skin. I would buy this again.

Good day,
Recently I purchased Hilary Rhoda scrub on February 21,2020 . I had several items on my order . Since receiving the product on February 22,2020 I have used it for only five days skipping a day between use. My biggest concern for preferring the product was for what dermatologist call hidradenitis suppurativa which is present on several areas of my body. The results I have received after only five uses are amazing and I am so excited about the future continued results . I am including before and after shot of one thigh to share my five day results. Hope this helps anyone who is suffering with this skin issue.

Scrub is fantastic. Makes skin very soft and smooth. It made my pores smaller, it made my hands softer too from using my hands to apply to my face. The clean and fresh feel my skin is left with is impossible to duplicate in any other brand I’ve tried. The scrub shows up dry, don’t be alarmed, it glides smoothly on damp skin. It washed off with simple water for me, although I’ve see posts that say otherwise. There was not much of a smell like some charcoal scrubs, if anything it just smelled clean. Way better than Biore or Garnier brand charcoal face washes. Yes it’s expensive, it’s worth it. And it lasts long time. Already purchased again.
